Stair interaction
A pair of surround sound headphones provides the feeling to be in between and you can even hear the direction into which the airplanes fly. You can choose your point of view in the city with a joystick. The person who stands on the stairs is captured by five proximity sensors which are right at the side of every step. A total of 50 leds should strengthen the contrast underground – above ground. These will shine only minimally if nobody stands on the stairs. If you enter the first step all leds become a little brighter, but they remain dim, because one is fictitiously underground. Only on the second step and therefore in the daylight all leds shine in full strength.
